What is Hesman Legend

"Dũng sĩ Hesman" (Hero Hesman) is Vietnam's first long-running superhero comic series written by comic artist Nguyen Hung Lan, first published in 1993. This is a legendary series in the hearts of the comic-lovers of the 80s and 90s generation. Volume 160 - the last one - was released in 2019.

Inspired by the series, the Hesman Legend project was launched to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the series' publication. Besides, Hesman Legend aims to evoke the memories of the comic-lovers in the late 20th century as well as the pride in the spirit of Vietnam.

To engage the community, the project will release NFTs with special benefits and a Play-to-Earn game of the same name. At the same time, the project promises to open a metaverse with the image of Hesman appearing in other products such as movies, games, animation and most likely with completely new character versions in the second part of the legendary series.

With the mission of becoming a pioneer of projects involving NFTs in Vietnam, introducing domestic arts to the international community, Hesman Legend aims to be the first NFT project adapted from a comic series that has been rooted into the hearts of readers at the end of the twentieth century.

What is the HES token used for?
* In-game activities: Hesman Shard (HES) is the main token of the whole ecosystem. This is the premium token used for summoning heroes through the Gacha feature. The token also serves as a reward for top players. Using HES tokens, players can upgrade their heroes or purchase in-game assets such as rare heroes and items on the marketplace.
* Governance: Holders can lock HES in the Governance vault and participate in governance discussion and voting.
* Exclusive Earning Opportunities: Through partnerships, we regularly provide token rewards from our Grazing Range program available only for HES holders who lock their tokens in the governance vault.
* Exclusive Access: We are planning to integrate HES tokens with actual utility into the platform. Users will have to hold HES tokens in order to benefit from this utility, as well as to gain access to some of the privileges in the first place, along with other exclusive items such as real-world Hesman merch.
The community is allowed to decide on the system's business model issues , e.g., the subject for voting could be a certain % of fees generated go to perform token buyback and burn.

##Hesman Investment Certificate
Hesman Studio will issue Hesman Investment Certificates under the form of NFT. With these NFTs, users can:
* Stake NFTs to receive Hesman Shard tokens;
* Enjoy utilities in the Hesman ecosystem such as owning original comics, character figures, acquiring tickets to movie premieres, etc.;
* Participate in promotions and receive limited rewards from the project and author;
* Get priority to experience the game and receive special in-game items;
* Exchange, trade, transfer, mortgage NFTs on affiliated platforms;
* Resell the NFTs to the company at a price at least equal to the par value applied to the first 4,000 NFTs after one year.
